Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with Jewelwink. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We take care to describe and photograph our jewellery accurately, but slight variation in colour, finish, and stone placement is normal for handcrafted pieces and is not considered a defect.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel any order affected by one. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund.

Orders and stock

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. Stock is reserved only once you begin checkout, and that reservation is held for 20 minutes. If payment isn't completed in that window, the items are released back for other customers.

An order is confirmed only once payment has been received and we have sent you a confirmation email. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you and refund you in full.

Payment

All orders are prepaid. Payments are processed by Razorpay, and your card and banking details are handled entirely by them — we never receive or store them.

Accounts

You can order as a guest or create an account. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that takes place under your account.

Acceptable use

Please don't use this site to break the law, interfere with its operation or security, or copy our photography, product descriptions, or branding for your own commercial use.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including images, text, designs, and the Jewelwink name and logo — belongs to Jewelwink and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Liability

Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, natural events, or disruptions to postal services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of City, State.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
